Mission Statement

Accessing consistent aged care specific physiotherapy services in rural areas is always a challenge but since Whyalla Aged Care commenced services from Positive Rehabilitation at the beginning of 2010, all residents in our three residential care facilities now receive a reliable weekly physiotherapy service. The comprehensive physiotherapy services provided to our residents and ongoing ACFI education provided to our staff has assisted our organisation to significantly increase our ACFI funding which in turn has allowed the organisation to increase staffing levels and provide a wider variety of services to our residents.

We have been so impressed with the quality of services provided by Positive Rehabilitation that over the last twelve months the team has also commenced providing in-home physiotherapy assessments as required by our Community Services team and site specific manual handling training across the organisation.

I would highly recommend Positive Rehabilitation to other prospective Aged Care Providers as a service provider with integrity and commitment to consistently providing a high standard of responsive services.
